Omschrijving
EENGEZINSWONING. De kubusvormige woningen zijn aaneengerijd in langgerekte bouwstroken zonder aanbouwen, opgetrokken in gele baksteen die beneden als hoge plint in het zicht is gelaten en voor het overige geheel is witgepleisterd; bij de winkels en werk/bergplaatsen zijn de hoeken boven afgerond, welke ronde vorm wordt herhaald in de balconnetjes boven de ingangen van de woningen aan de korte verbindingsstraatjes en in de pijlers van de overigens blauw-stalen tuinhekjes.
Voor het overige bezitten de woonreeksen geheel uniform ingedeelde gevels, met doorlopende vensterstroken in - boven geelgeverfde - houten kozijnen en beneden enigszins verdiept aangebracht in grijze kozijnen, onderbroken door de steeds gekoppeld geplaatste deuren aan beide lange zijden, en met geheel blinde korte eindgevels; alleen de woningen aan de Korte Lindtstraat zijn als vrijstaande woningen gebouwd, in geheel vergelijkbare trant ten behoeve van zeer grote gezinnen - alle overige zijn in meerdere woningen omvattende bouwstroken opgenomen.
De doorzichten naar de achterterreinen zijn telkens afgeschermd door bakstenen muurtjes met blauw-roosterhek.

Description
SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING. The cubic-shaped dwellings are arranged in elongated building strips without extensions, built in yellow brick which below as high plinth is left exposed and otherwise is completely whitewashed; at the shops and work/storage areas the corners above are rounded, which rounded form is repeated in the small balconies above the entrances of the dwellings on the short connecting streets and in the pillars of the otherwise blue-steel garden gates.
Otherwise the residential rows have completely uniformly divided facades, with continuous window strips in - above yellow-painted - timber frames and below somewhat recessed placed in grey frames, interrupted by the regularly paired doors placed on both long sides, and with completely blind short end facades; only the dwellings on Korte Lindtstraat are built as detached dwellings, in completely comparable manner for very large families - all others are incorporated in building strips containing multiple dwellings.
The view-through passages to the rear grounds are each screened off by small brick walls with blue-grid gates.
