Mooi onder aan de IJsseldijk gelegen DUBBEL BOERDERIJ-COMPLEX, bestaande uit een tweede helft 19e-eeuwse boerderij met middenlangsdeel en een vermoedelijk eind 19e-/begin-20e-eeuwse boerderij met middenlangsdeel.
Het tweede helft 19e-eeuwse gebouw opgetrokken uit baksteen op gedeeltelijke onderkeldering en gedekt door een rieten wolfdak met halfrond venster in het voorschild; vlechtingen; windveren; staafankers; spatlijst; schoorsteen op de scheiding van woon- en bedrijfsgedeelte. In de voorgevel opgeklampte deur met negenruits bovenlicht; te weerszijden respectievelijk een 12-ruits raam en twee 28-ruitsschuiframen en een 12-ruits raam; alle met 1 steens hanekammen en opgeklampte luiken; de detaillering der achter- en zijgevels grotendeels niet meer oorspronkelijk.
Het eind-19e/begin 20e-eeuwse gebouw eveneens opgetrokken uit baksteen op gedeeltelijke onderkeldering en gedekt door een rieten wolfdak met uileborden met makelaar; windveren; staafankers; spatlijst; schoorsteen op de scheiding van woon- en bedrijfsgedeelte. In de symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel twee getoogde 6-ruitsschuiframen met 1 steens hanekammen geflankeerd door twee 4-ruitsramen met 1 steens hanekammen; alle met opgeklampte luiken; twee ronde zoldervensters; de detaillering der achter- en zijgevels grotendeels niet meer oorspronkelijk. Boerderij-complex bestaande uit tweede helft 19e-eeuwse en vermoedelijk eind-19e-/begin-20e eeuwse boerderij van het middenlangsdeel type van belang wegens de mooi ligging onder aan de IJsseldijk, hoofdvorm en samenstelling en de vormgeving der beide naar de IJsseldijk gekeerde voorgevels.

Beautiful DOUBLE FARMYARD COMPLEX located at the foot of the IJsseldijk, consisting of a second half 19th-century farmhouse with central longitudinal section and a presumed late 19th-/early 20th-century farmhouse with central longitudinal section.
The second half 19th-century building built of brick on partial basement and covered by a thatched half-hipped roof with semicircular window in the front gable; wattle; wind vanes; rod anchors; drip moulding; chimney at the division of residential and business section. In the front facade a clamped door with nine-light fanlight; on either side respectively a 12-light window and two 28-light sash windows and a 12-light window; all with 1-brick high cock combs and clamped shutters; the detailing of the rear and side facades largely not original.
The late 19th-/early 20th-century building likewise built of brick on partial basement and covered by a thatched half-hipped roof with owl boards with maker's mark; wind vanes; rod anchors; drip moulding; chimney at the division of residential and business section. In the symmetrically arranged front facade two arched 6-light sash windows with 1-brick high cock combs flanked by two 4-light windows with 1-brick high cock combs; all with clamped shutters; two round attic windows; the detailing of the rear and side facades largely not original.
