Omschrijving
Uit de 18e eeuw daterend vakwerkhuis (gedeelte van voormalige boerderij) op L-vormige plattegrond, zonder verdieping en onder met rode Hollandse pannen gedekte zadeldaken.
De noordelijke kopgevel van het woonhuis (nok haaks op de straat)) en de daarop aansluitende voorgevel van het poortgebouw (met de nok evenwijdig aan de straat) zijn evenals een gedeelte van de westgevel en de plinten opgetrokken van mergel en witgeverfd; bij het achterste gedeelte (zuidzijde) van het woonhuis is het vakwerk grotendeels vervangen door schoon metselwerk; de overige gevels zijn boven een zwart geverfde voet van mergel opgetrokken in vakwerk met zwart stijl- en regelwerk en witgeverfde, met leem gevulde vakken.
In de noordelijke kopgevel op de begane grond twee getoogde hardstenen kozijnen met 6-ruits ramen en luiken en twee 4-ruits ramen in de geveltop. In de overige gevels kleine vensteropeningen, ten dele met luik.
Het huis is gedeeltelijk onderkelderd door een kelder met tongewelf van mergel.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm en de bescheiden gevelopeningen een vrij gaaf en representatief voorbeeld van de 18e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Half-timbered house (part of a former farmhouse) dating from the 18th century on an L-shaped plan, without an upper storey and under gabled roofs covered with red Dutch tiles.
The northern gable end of the dwelling house (ridge at right angles to the street) and the adjoining front elevation of the gate building (with the ridge parallel to the street) are, as are part of the west elevation and the plinths, constructed in marl and whitewashed; at the rear section (south side) of the dwelling house the half-timbering is largely replaced by fair-faced brickwork; the remaining elevations are above a black-painted marl base constructed in half-timbering with black timber framing and whitewashed panels filled with clay.
In the northern gable end on the ground floor two arched hardstone window frames with 6-pane windows and shutters and two 4-pane windows in the gable top. In the remaining elevations small window openings, partly with shutter.
The house is partially undercellared by a cellar with a barrel vault of marl.
Because of the construction, the main form and the modest window openings, a fairly intact and representative example of 18th century half-timbered construction and as such of significance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
