Omschrijving
In oorsprong 18e-eeuwse VAKWERK-BOERDERIJ op L-vormige plattegrond, zonder verdieping en onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekte zadeldaken.
Het woongedeelte (nok I straat) is inclusief het stijl- en regelwerk witgeverfd, met uitzondering van de in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, aan de straat gelegen kopgevel; het vakwerk heeft voor het merendeel met leem gevulde vakken; het vakwerk van de noord-westgevel is voor een klein gedeelte vervangen door metselwerk; in de gevels spaarzaam aangebrachte, kleine vensters en een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht in de noord-oostgevel.
Het noord-westelijk deel van het schuurgedeelte is hoofdzakelijk opgetrokken uit schoon metselwerk en blokken mergel; het zuid-oostelijk deel (XIX) uit baksteen en met baksteen gevuld vakwerk; het laatstgenoemde deel heeft in de noord-westgevel hoge, rechtgesloten deeldeuren. De boerderij is nog als zodanig in gebruik.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm, de bescheiden gevelopeningen en het behoud van de oorspronkelijke functie een vrij gaaf en representatief voorbeeld van een 18e eeuwse vakwerkboerderij en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Originally 18th-century TIMBER-FRAME FARMHOUSE on an L-shaped plan, without an upper floor and covered with blue Dutch tiles on gabled roofs.
The dwelling section (ridge parallel to the street) is, including the posts and beams, painted white, with the exception of the facade built in ashlar, located on the street; the timber framing has for the most part clay-filled bays; the timber framing of the north-west facade has had a small part replaced by masonry; sparingly placed small windows in the facades and a clamped door with fanlight in the north-east facade.
The north-west part of the barn section is mainly built of ashlar and marl blocks; the south-east part (XIX) of brick and brick-filled timber framing; the latter part has tall straight-closed part-doors in the north-west facade. The farmhouse is still used as such.
Because of the construction, the main form, the modest window openings and the preservation of the original function, a fairly intact and representative example of an 18th-century timber-frame farmhouse and as such of significance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
