Description

Located within the protected townscape, a presumed 17th-century building on a T-shaped plan with a street facade dating from 1805.

A single-storey commercial building with double gate beneath a date stone 1805, covered by gabled roofs tiled with red tiles between stepped gables; stepped gable on the right side with tooling and oculus in the unplastered top and four-light window in the plastered lower section; the stepped gable on the left side is plastered and provided with wind vanes.

In the front facade to the right of the gate the front door, to the left of the gate a six-light window with shutters and to the right of the gate an identical window; above the windows and front door plastered sections with "rustica" keystones; the front door is a so-called panel door with moulded upper head and two-part fanlight; above the front door a garret window with shafts in the frame; shaft anchors.

The rear building is a largely plastered perpendicular extension with traces in the brickwork of brick cross windows; in the rear building a cellar with barrel vault; front house with oak anchor beam framework, rear house with oak collar-tie trusses and simple beam layer with keystones.

The presumed 17th-century commercial building with early 19th-century street facade is, due to its many preserved architectural-historical characteristics, to be considered an evident monument of older building art of architectural-historical, typological and siting value.
