Omschrijving
Hervormde kerk, met het orgel, dat in 1807 - waarschijnlijk als bestaand instrument - in de Doopsgezinde kerk te Hoorn werd geplaatst. De ornamentiek van het front doet vermoeden dat het orgel door J.M. Gersten- hauer in Hoorn werd opgebouwd. In 1831 breidde H. Knipscheer uit Amsterdam het orgel uit met een positief. In 1871 verkocht de Doopsgezinde Gemeente het orgel aan de Hervormde kerk te De Wilp. Bij de plaatsing in De Wilp door H. Wardorff uit Leeuwarden kwam het toegevoegde positief te vervallen. Het eenklaviersorgel bezit 8 registers, waarvan 5 gedeeld zijn in bas en discant.

Description
Reformed church, with the organ, which in 1807 - probably as an existing instrument - was installed in the Mennonite church in Hoorn. The ornamentation of the front suggests that the organ was built by J.M. Gerstenhauer in Hoorn. In 1831 H. Knipscheer from Amsterdam expanded the organ with a positive. In 1871 the Mennonite Congregation sold the organ to the Reformed church in De Wilp. When H. Wardorff from Leeuwarden installed it in De Wilp, the added positive was removed. The single-manual organ has 8 registers, of which 5 are divided into treble and bass.
