Inleiding.
Als winkel met bovenwoningen gebouwd pand uit 1906, thans restaurant Garoeda, op de hoek van de Kneuterdijk en de Heulstraat, ontworpen door de architect J. Olthuis in overgangsarchitectuur. Omschrijving.
Pand op rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit een kelder en drie bouwlagen onder een kapverdieping. De gevels zijn met witte verblendsteen bekleed. De gevel aan de Kneuterdijk telt twee, die aan de Heulstraat drie vensterassen. De hoektravee is afgeschuind en bezit op de verdiepingen een driezijdig uitgebouwde stenen erker. De verblendstenen gevels worden verlevendigd door hardstenen elementen, zoals vensterlateien, banden, blokken en gevelbekroningen. De hoge, ijzeren winkelpui, met in de linker travee de ingangspartij, rust op een natuurstenen plint en bezit grote glasvlakken. De vensters zijn in ijzer uitgevoerd.
