Het perceel met de kadastrale aanduiding 'Amerongen - sektie C-nummer 238' niet geheel maar gedeeltelijk met bescherming belast wordt, namelijk voor zover het betreft de daarin gelegen grafheuvel, alsmede een strook van 10 meter rondom, gemeten vanaf de voet van de heuvel.
