De wijziging betreft het perceel, kadastraal bekend: 'gemeente Breukelen-Nijenrode, sektie I, nummer 1.' Dit perceel wordt niet geheel maar met een gedeeltelijke bescherming belast, voor zover betreft het gedeelte dat door middel van arcering is aangegeven op de aan ommezijde weergegeven situatietekening.
