Nabij de stadswal op een reeds vanaf de 16e eeuw daarvoor bestemde plaats gesitueerde romp van de voormalige stellingkorenmolen, daterend uit 1853/1854.
Bakstenen romp van vier bouwlagen met in de 1980-er jaren vernieuwde balklagen en vloeren, gietijzeren vensters en noodkap.
De romp is als monument van jongere bouwkunst van rijksbelang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en situeringswaarde.

Description
Located near the city wall on a site intended for this purpose since the 16th century, the hull of the former standing-corn mill, dating from 1853/1854.
Brick hull of four storeys with floor slabs and floors renewed in the 1980s, cast-iron windows and temporary roof.
The hull is a national monument of younger building art by reason of its cultural-historical and locational value.
