Omschrijving
Een 18e eeuws pand bestaande uit drie bouwlagen en een kap loodrecht op de straat.
Dit pand is een eenvoudig woonhuis. Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich echter rijke Lodewijk XVI stucplafonds.
De kap bestaat uit eiken spanten met sporen. De voorgevel behoort bij een 19e eeuwse verbouwing. De onderpui is een vroeg 20e eeuwse toevoeging, waarbij tevens de uitgebreide Jugendstil tegeltableaux behoren. De achtergevel is een eenvoudige gepleisterde lijstgevel.
Het pand is van belang als eenvoudig, harmonisch woonhuis, mede vanwege de stucplafonds.

Description
An 18th century property consisting of three storeys and a roof perpendicular to the street.
This property is a simple dwelling house. On the first floor, however, there are rich Louis XVI stucco ceilings.
The roof consists of oak rafters with wind braces. The front facade belongs to a 19th century renovation. The shop front is an early 20th century addition, which also includes the extensive Art Nouveau tile tableaux. The rear facade is a simple plastered cornice-topped facade.
The property is significant as a simple, harmonious dwelling house, particularly because of the stucco ceilings.
