Omschrijving
Een middeleeuws voorhuis met een 17e eeuws karakter, tegenwoordig van drie bouwlagen, een kap loodrecht op de straat en een kelder onder de straat.
Daarbij een jonger achterhuis van twee bouwlagen en een kap in het verlengde van die van het voorhuis.
Het huis was oorspronkelijk een zogenaamd driekwart-huis van twee lagen zoals deze tot in de 17e eeuw langs de Vismarkt stonden. In de 17e eeuw werd de houten voorgevel vervangen door een stenen gevel en tevens verhoogd. Bij die verbouwing zijn delen van de kap hergebruikt. In de 19e eeuw werd de voorgevel nogmaals vervangen door de huidige lijstgevel, die een hoger huis suggereert.
De achtergevel is nog de 17e-eeuwse topgevel met een 18e-eeuws raam.
Het huis is over een steeg heen gebouwd, die eens met een haakse hoek naar het Oudkerkhof liep en in 1674 de "Kleine Gang" werd genoemd.
Opmerkelijk is dat alleen een kelder aanwezig is onder de straat, gedekt door een tongewelf. Deze kelder is bereikbaar via een gangetje dat onder de steeg doorloopt.

Description
A medieval front building with 17th-century character, nowadays with three storeys, a roof perpendicular to the street and a basement beneath the street.

The house was originally a so-called three-quarter house of two storeys such as those stood along the Vismarkt into the 17th century. In the 17th century the wooden front facade was replaced by a stone facade and also raised. Parts of the roof were reused in that renovation. In the 19th century the front facade was replaced again by the present cornice-topped facade, which suggests a higher building.
The rear gable is still the 17th-century spout gable with an 18th-century window.
