Bedrijfsgebouw op de werf, behorende bij brouwerij "De Boog" die hier aan de Oudegracht lag.
Het betreft twee bouwdelen van twee bouwlagen (noordelijk deel) en een bouwdeel van een bouwlaag (zuidelijk deel); hierbij wordt de onderste bouwlaag niet als werfkelder opgevat, hoewel die aansluit bij de kelders van de Oudegracht panden. Het noordelijk deel dateert uit de eerste helft van de 18e eeuw en heeft aan de oostzijde in het midden een traptorenachtig element (begin 20e eeuw tot nokhoogte verhoogd.). Ten zuiden van deze trap is het gebouw wat breder zodat slechts een zeer smalle doorgang naast het water overblijft.
Naar het zuiden wordt het gebouw dan smaller evenals de werf. De begane grond van dit gebouw heeft een sterk kelderkarakter en is aan de oostzijde blind op een rondboogpoort na en heeft aan de voorzijde een poort met aan weerszijden een raam, alle drie onder een gedrukte boog. Het rechter deel is blind vanwege de werftrap naar de straat. De verdieping heeft hierboven drie rondboogvensters en aan de oostzijde tweemaal drie rondboogvensters. De lage gevel aan de rijweg (2 meter hoog) is blind op een klein rondboogvenster na.
Dit bouwdeel wordt gedekt door een afgeplat schilddak. Het zuidelijke bouwdeel is slechts een bouwlaag hoog en heeft aan de waterzijde drie poorten, ieder geflankeerd door twee vensters, alles onder rondbogen. De zuidgevel heeft een rechthoekig 12 ruits venster. Het lessenaarsdak komt nauwelijks boven het straatpeil uit en wordt aan die zijde beschermd door een blinde muur van twee meter hoog.
De bedrijfsbebouwing hoort qua opzet bij de bierbrouwerij "De Boog". Deze brouwerij komt in 1584 al voor en is tot ver in de 17e eeuw eigendom van de brouwersfamilie Van Wyckerslooth. In 1757 is Willem de Kock eigenaar, en in dat jaar vermaakt hij onder andere de brouwerij bij testament aan de Rooms Katholieke Armenkamer. Het bedrijf zal de belangrijkste bron van inkomsten gaan vormen van de Armenkamer, die aan het begin van de 19e eeuw tweehonderd burgers bijstand verleende.
Het complex van de "De Boog" bevatte Oudegracht 367 - 381 en liep door tot bij de stadswal. Het is in hoofdzaak op het achterterrein van dit complex dat het Armbestuur rond 1850 het grootste deel van de zogenaamde "Zeven Steegjes" liet bouwen als vorm van sociale woningbouw.
Op de werf bij de Oudegracht stonden eertijds vele bedrijfsgebouwtjes. Ze hoorden bij het industriele handelskarakter dat deze werven hadden. Van deze gebouwen van uiteenlopende afmetingen was de werfbebouwing van "De Boog" de grootste. Het is inmiddels bovendien de enige die ons rest en derhalve onmisbaar voor een goed begrip van het karakter van de unieke werven.
Daarnaast vormt Oudegracht 369 A een monument van bedrijf en techniek, tevens van historische waarde als behorend bij de brouwerij van de Armenkamer. De bouwdelen zijn tevens van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur.

Business building on the yard, belonging to brewery "De Boog" which lay here on the Oudegracht.
It concerns two building components of two storeys (northern part) and a building component of one storey (southern part); the lowest storey is hereby not regarded as a yard cellar, although it adjoins the cellars of the Oudegracht buildings. The northern part dates from the first half of the 18th century and has on the east side in the middle a stair tower-like element (beginning of 20th century raised to ridge height). South of this stair the building is somewhat wider so that only a very narrow passage beside the water remains.
Towards the south the building becomes narrower as does the yard. The ground floor of this building has a strongly cellar-like character and is on the east side blank except for a round-arched gate and has on the front a gate with on either side a window, all three under a depressed arch. The right part is blank because of the yard stair to the street. The storey has above these three round-arched windows and on the east side twice three round-arched windows. The low facade on the road frontage (2 metres high) is blank except for a small round-arched window.
This building component is covered by a flattened hipped roof. The southern building component is only one storey high and has on the water side three gates, each flanked by two windows, all under round arches. The south facade has a rectangular 12 pane window. The lean-to roof barely rises above street level and is on that side protected by a blank wall of two metres high.
The business building belongs in terms of layout to the brewery "De Boog". This brewery appears as early as 1584 and is until well into the 17th century the property of the brewer family Van Wyckerslooth. In 1757 Willem de Kock is the owner, and in that year he bequeaths among other things the brewery by testament to the Roman Catholic Poor Board. The business will become the principal source of income for the Poor Board, which at the beginning of the 19th century provided support to two hundred citizens.
