Omschrijving
Een breed zeventiende-eeuws huis, sinds circa 1910 bestaande uit drie bouwlagen, een kelder en een werfkelder.
Het pand is voor wat betreft de eerste twee bouwlagen zeventiende-eeuws, hetgeen vooral in de gevel tot uiting komt. Hierin vallen op de zandstenen lateien boven de ramen op de eerste verdieping. Mogelijk behoren de in 1645 gedateerde stoepbalusters tot de eerste opzet.
Middeleeuwse sporen zijn in de kelders nog aanwezig. Delen van het interieur behoren tot een achttiende-eeuwse verbouwing.
Rond 1910 is het huis met een verdieping verhoogd, in stijl aansluitend op de Jugendstil.
Het huis is van bouwhistorisch belang. Van groot architectonisch belang is de voorgevel, die een harmonieuze samenvoeging van de zeventiende, de achttiende en de vroeg twintigste-eeuwse verbouwingen toont.

Description
A broad seventeenth-century house, since circa 1910 consisting of three storeys, a cellar and a basement cellar.
The building is as far as the first two storeys are concerned seventeenth-century, which is notably evident in the facade. In this the sandstone lintels above the windows on the first floor are notable. Possibly the step balusters dated 1645 belong to the original structure.
Medieval traces are still present in the cellars. Parts of the interior belong to an eighteenth-century alteration.
Around 1910 the house was heightened by a storey, in style matching the Art Nouveau.
The house is architecturally significant. Of great architectural importance is the front facade, which shows a harmonious merger of the seventeenth, the eighteenth and the early twentieth-century alterations.
