Omschrijving
Pand uit het begin van de 18e eeuw, met ingezwenkte halsgevel, thans bestaande uit drie bouwlagen met kap loodrecht op de straat en een kelder met tongewelf.
Dit relatief kleine huis bezit geen eigen zijmuren, het is ingebalkt in beide buurpanden.
Op de verdieping is de enkelvoudige balklaag met sleutelstukken nog aanwezig. De kap is in de 19e eeuw vernieuwd en tot een verdieping uitgebouwd.
Het pand is van architectonisch en bouwhistorisch belang.

Description
Property from the beginning of the 18th century, with curved-in neck gable, currently consisting of three storeys with roof truss perpendicular to the street and a cellar with barrel vault.
This relatively small house has no party walls of its own; it is timber-framed in both neighbouring properties.
On the first floor the simple beam layer with keystones is still present. The roof truss was renewed in the 19th century and extended to an additional storey.
The property is of architectural and architectural-historical importance.
