Omschrijving
Pand uit 1644 van twee bouwlagen en zadeldak evenwijdig aan de straat.
Het drie vakken brede pand met samengestelde balklagen heeft links achter een half uitgebouwde trapkooi en over de rest van de breedte een aanbouw.
De lijstgevel heeft drie traveeën met een omlijste, fraaie deur met decoratief bovenlicht, Hoofdgestel, in het midden een fors kelderluik en rechts een kelderlicht.
De moerbalken rusten op consoles met, van binnenuit beschreven, een klein olief, hangende torus, hol, vloeiend overgaand in forse kraal. De spiltrap met uitgestoken handgeleiding is bewaard van verdieping naar zolder. De aanbouw zou voor wat de beganegrond betreft uit de bouwtijd van het huis kunnen stammen (blijkens identieke console). In een latere fase is deze verhoogd waarbij het achterschild van het dak opgetild werd met behoud van de kapconstructie op twee gebinten.
Het pand is van bouwhistorische waarde en behoort tot de originele aanleg van de straat.

Description
Building from 1644 of two storeys and a gabled roof parallel to the street.
The three-bay building with composite beam layers has on the left rear a partially built-out stairwell and over the rest of the width an extension.
The cornice-topped facade has three bays with a framed, fine door with decorative fanlight, Main lintel, in the middle a substantial cellar hatch and on the right a cellar light.
The wall plates rest on consoles with, described from the inside, a small olive, hanging torus, hollow, flowing smoothly into substantial beading. The spiral staircase with projecting handrail is preserved from storey to attic. The extension would as far as the ground floor is concerned be able to date from the building period of the house (as evidenced by identical console). In a later phase this was raised whereby the rear slope of the roof was lifted with preservation of the roof truss structure on two frames.
The building is of constructional value and is part of the original layout of the street.
