Omschrijving
Een in wezen nog middeleeuws eenlaags huis van twee vakken breed, met een kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Van dit middeleeuwse stenen huis is het casco nog oorspronkelijk, slechts de voorgevel is jonger. De moerbalk ligt op peerkraalconsoles. Ook het eiken spant met krommers is nog aanwezig. In de linker zijgevel is nog een trapgevel te herkennen, mogelijk een 'gemene' muur. Het pand is vergelijkbaar met de middeleeuwse 'kameren'.
Het pand is van belang vanwege het casco en het feit dat dit type huis vaak niet meer in de oorspronkelijke verhoudingen aanwezig is.

Description
An essentially still medieval single-storey house of two bays wide, with a roof truss structure parallel to the street.
Of this medieval stone house the casco is still original, only the front facade is more recent. The wall plate rests on pear-keel consoles. The oak truss with curved members is also still present. In the left side facade a stepped gable can still be recognized, possibly a shared wall. The building is comparable to medieval 'chambers'.
The building is of importance because of the casco and the fact that this type of house is often no longer present in the original proportions.
