Omschrijving
Goed bewaard 17e-eeuws huis van oorspronkelijk twee (nu drie) bouwlagen, rechts op verhoogde kelder gelegen, met oorspronkelijke interieurdetails.
Het drie vakken brede huis heeft onder zijn samengestelde balklaag consoles met onder andere forse olief bewaard en rond de schouw een rijk geprofileerde lijst. De twee rechter vakken liggen, een meter verhoogd, op een half bovengrondse kelderkeuken met ramen naar de straat. Deze kelderkeuken heeft een enkelvoudige balklaag van vier balken evenwijdig aan de straat, waartussen troggewelfjes.
Het linker vak is, ook in de kelder, dieper gelegen en heeft daar een onafhankelijke enkelvoudige balklaag, eveneens evenwijdig aan de straat. Hiervoor is nog een onafhankelijk keldertje gelegen.
Het linkervak van het pand bevat achterin de originele spiltrap die enkele treden boven kelderniveau begint (zonder leuning in de spil). Op de beganegrond leiden enkele treden naar een klein bordes, dat aansluit op het niveau van de twee rechter vakken. Vanaf dit bordes leidt de trap, met geprofileerde treden en ononderbroken uitgestoken leuning in de spil, linksdraaiend naar de voormalige zolder waar de bekroning de vorm van een gedrongen spitse knop heeft. De trap heeft nog de omtimmering die de ronde vorm volgt en de hoek linksachter op de beganegrond is benut als kast- en toiletruimte.
De zolder is later uitgebouwd tot tweede verdieping, waarboven een nieuwe kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Het pand is van grote bouwhistorische waarde.

Description
Well-preserved 17th-century house of originally two (now three) storeys, situated on the right on a raised cellar, with original interior details.
The three-bay-wide house has beneath its composite beam floor consoles with, among other things, stout olive mouldings and around the chimney a richly profiled moulding. The two right bays lie, one metre raised, on a half above-ground cellar kitchen with windows onto the street. This cellar kitchen has a simple beam floor of four beams parallel to the street, between which are trough vaults.
The left bay is, also in the cellar, situated deeper and has there an independent simple beam floor, also parallel to the street. For this there is still an independent small cellar situated in front.
The left bay of the building contains at the rear the original spiral stair that begins a few steps above cellar level (without railing in the newel). On the ground floor a few steps lead to a small landing, which connects to the level of the two right bays. From this landing the stair, with profiled steps and uninterrupted extended railing in the newel, turns left toward the former attic where the crown takes the form of a squat pointed knob. The stair still has the casing that follows the round form and the corner back left on the ground floor is used as cupboard and toilet space.
The attic was later built out to a second storey, above which a new roof parallel to the street.
The building is of great architectural-historical value.
