Pand van middeleeuwse oorsprong met 17e eeuwse voorgevel, in de 19e eeuw verbouwd tot lijstgevel en gepleisterd. Twee bouwlagen en kap met de nok loodrecht op de straat.
Het pand, van rond 1500, kreeg in de eerste helft van de 17e eeuw een nieuwe trapgevel van drie traveeën breed. In de 19e eeuw werd deze met behoud van de indeling aangepast aan het Zocherkarakter dat deze omgeving ging kenmerken, door vervanging van de geveltop door een lijstbeeindiging boven de twee ramen van de ruime zolder, die met verhoogde borstweringen en hoog geplaatste kap, haast het karakter van een tweede verdieping kreeg. De voorgevel heeft een hardstenen plint, de kozijnen zijn 19e eeuwse schuifvensters. Voor het pand ligt een hardstenen stoep.
Tijdens een verbouwing kwam een deel van de balklaag boven de beganegrond aan het licht met een gemenageerd peerkraalsleutelstuk. Het is een strijk- sleutelstuk onder een moerbalk en sloot in de oorspronkelijke situatie aan bij een binnenmuur die van de hoofdruimte een achterkamer afscheidde, die rechts een (niet onderkelderde) doorgang vrijliet.

Description
Building of medieval origin with 17th-century front gable, altered in the 19th century to a cornice-topped facade and plastered. Two storeys and roof with the ridge perpendicular to the street.
The building, from around 1500, received a new stepped gable of three bays wide in the first half of the 17th century. In the 19th century this was adapted, while retaining the articulation, to the Zocher character that this neighbourhood came to have, through replacement of the gable top by a cornice ending above the two windows of the spacious attic, which with raised parapets and highly placed roof, almost had the character of a second storey. The front gable has a stone plinth, the frames are 19th-century sash windows. In front of the building lies a stone step.
During a renovation, part of the beam floor above the ground floor came to light with a mortised pear-craal key stone. It is a straight key stone under a main beam and originally abutted a party wall that separated a back room from the main space, which on the right left a (non-undercellared) passage.
The building is of architectural-historical importance and characteristic of the 19th-century facelift that this neighbourhood underwent in line with a new urban design.
