Omschrijving
Op de hoek van de door vier laat-middeleeuwse luchtbogen gesteunde Meerminnensteeg gelegen (winkel)woonhuis met laat-middeleeuws (1450-1550) kern, dat omstreeks het midden van de 19e eeuw is voorzien van een lijstgevel. De middeleeuwse kap is vermoedelijk in deze eeuw gesloopt ten gunste van een ruime zolder onder plat dak. De 20e-eeuwse winkelpui en de detaillering van de achtergevel zijn voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.
Uit baksteen opgetrokken thans drie verdiepingen tellend (winkel)woonhuis, waarvan met name de laat-middeleeuwse bouwsporen van belang zijn. Te weten: de achter- en zijgevels en de zware eiken moerbalken onder de zoldervloer, die door consoles met peerkraalprofiel worden ondersteund. In de voorgevel o.a. H-vensters.
Door laat-middeleeuwse luchtbogen gesteund pand dat vooral van architectuurhistorisch belang is wegens de aanwezigheid van laat-middeleeuwse bouwsporen.

Description
On the corner of the (shop)dwelling house at the Meerminnensteeg supported by four late-medieval air arches with late-medieval (1450-1550) core, which around the middle of the 19th century was provided with a cornice-topped facade. The medieval roof structure was presumably demolished in this century in favour of a spacious loft under a flat roof. The 20th-century shop window and the detailing of the rear facade are of subsidiary importance for the protection.
Constructed in brick now consisting of three storeys (shop)dwelling house, of which in particular the late-medieval building traces are of importance. Namely: the rear and side facades and the heavy oak tie beams under the loft floor, which are supported by consoles with pear-beading profile. In the front facade among others H-windows.
