Omschrijving
Huis Rhederoord. In oorsprong 17e eeuws LANDHUIS, door Willem Reinier Brantsen in 1745 herbouwd, mogelijk door Leendert of zijn zoon Hendrik Viervant. Dit eenvoudige landhuis (litho bij Buffa, plaat 8) midden XIX gemoderniseerd, o.a. met de driezijdige erkeruitbouw aan de achterzijde, en ca. 1912 van zijvleugels met aan de voorzijde kleine, halfronde zuilenportieken voorzien. Inwendig enkele Empire-interieurs.

Description
House Rhederoord. Originally 17th century COUNTRY HOUSE, rebuilt by Willem Reinier Brantsen in 1745, possibly by Leendert or his son Hendrik Viervant. This simple country house (lithograph by Buffa, plate 8) modernised in the mid-19th century, amongst other things with the three-sided bay projection on the rear, and around 1912 provided with side wings with small semi-circular columned porticoes on the front. Interior with some Empire interiors.
