Omschrijving
Huis Zorgvliet. Uit het midden van de 19e eeuw daterend classicistisch herenhuis.
Op rechthoekige grondslag gesitueerd wit geschilderd herenhuis van twee bouwlagen en een souterrain, met een kroonlijst en op grijze plint, onder met gesmoorde pannen gedekt schilddak; de symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel kent vijf assen met in het souterrain vier vensters en een hardstenen trap met vijf treden; op de bel-etage in het midden de deur, links en rechts twee Empire-vensters; op de verdieping vijf 4-ruits vensters; de deur heeft een kussen aan de onder- en een rooster aan de bovenzijde, alsmede een bovenlicht en een kroonlijst; zowel de vensters als de deur zijn gevat in geprofileerde houten omlijstingen.
Het uit het midden der 19e eeuw daterende Huis Zorgvliet is vanuit architectonisch oogpunt van belang vanwege de goed bewaarde hoofdvorm van een classicistisch herenhuis.

Description
Zorgvliet House. A classicist gentleman's house dating from the mid-19th century.
Situated on a rectangular plan, a white-painted gentleman's house of two storeys and a basement, with a cornice and on a grey plinth, beneath a hipped roof covered with muffled tiles; the symmetrically laid-out front facade has five bays with in the basement four windows and a hardstone staircase with five steps; on the bel-etage in the centre the door, to the left and right two Empire windows; on the upper storey five 4-pane windows; the door has a cushion on the lower side and a grill on the upper side, as well as a fanlight and a cornice; both the windows and the door are set in profiled wooden frames.
Zorgvliet House, dating from the mid-19th century, is of architectural importance owing to its well-preserved main form of a classicist gentleman's house.
