Vier panden behorend tot het Cele-complex. Twee panden met topgevels, één met lessenaarsdak en één met lijstgevel XVIII B. Papenstraat 3, het zogenaamde Celepand of Weeme van de Pape, gebouwd 1356/57 door Mr M. Arend, woning van Joan Cele. Papenstraat 5, betreft het zogenaamde Heimanshuis.

Description
Four buildings belonging to the Cele complex. Two buildings with top gables, one with catslide roof and one with cornice-topped facade second half of 18th century. Papenstraat 3, the so-called Celepand or Weeme van de Pape, built 1356/57 by Mr M. Arend, residence of Joan Cele. Papenstraat 5, concerns the so-called Heimanshuis.
