Inleiding
WINKEL met BOVENWONING met een lijstgevel uit de negentiende eeuw en een Art Nouveau winkelpui uit ca.1905. Het pand staat in een gesloten gevelwand, waarin verschillende winkelsmet bovenwoningen. in het beschermd stadsgezicht van Zwolle binnen destadsgracht. De dakkapel is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.
Omschrijving
Boven de winkelpui zijn twee verdiepingen opgetrokken in rode baksteen met gepleisterde sierbanden en aanzet- en sluitstenen. Het geheel wordt afgesloten door een kroonlijst onder een schilddak met rode Hollandse pannen. De winkelpui bestaat uit twee granieten pilasters ander grote consoles van hardsteen. Daartussen. boven een granito plint. ranke houten kozijnen in gestileerde florale vormen. In het midden van de gevel bevindt zich in een portiek de houten glasdeur met driedelig bovenlicht. Tussen winkelpui en bovenwoning is een brede en vlakke hardstenen lijst aangebracht. De vensters op de woonverdiepingen zijn geplaatst onder rollagen met segmentbogen. Op de eerste verdieping vensters met tweeruits bovenlichten. op de tweede verdieping vierruits vensters.

Description
Above the shop front two storeys are built in red brick with rendered ornamental bands and corner and closing stones. The whole is finished with a cornice under a hipped roof with red Dutch tiles. The shop front consists of two granite pilasters under large consoles of sandstone. Between them, above a granite plinth, slender wooden frames in stylised floral forms. In the centre of the facade is located in a portico the wooden glass door with three-part fanlight. Between shop front and dwelling above a broad and flat sandstone moulding is applied. The windows on the residential storeys are placed under roll mouldings with segmental arches. On the first storey windows with two-pane fanlights, on the second storey four-pane windows.
