Omschrijving
Het Vrouwenhuis. Gesticht in 1742 door Aleida Greve. De voorgevel is een afgeknotte bakstenen trapgevel met zandstenen blokjes in de ontlastingsbogen. Fraai gesmede ankers. Gevelsteen met opschrift en 1742. Inwendig: gang, bakstenen poortje met zandstenen onderdelen en korfbogig tongewelf met snijwerk, rustend op houten ionische pilasters met gesneden festoenen op de schacht. Z.G. stenen kamer met grote tegels in imitatie goudleer; gerestaureerd 1885.

The Vrouwenhuis. Founded in 1742 by Aleida Greve. The front facade is a truncated brick stepped gable with sandstone blocks in the relieving arches. Finely forged wall anchors. Facade stone with inscription and 1742. Internally: corridor, brick gateway with sandstone components and basket-arch barrel vault with carving, resting on wooden Ionic pilasters with carved festoons on the shaft. So-called stone room with large tiles in imitation of gilded leather; restored 1885.
