Omschrijving
TUINMANSWONING. Een verdieping hoge aan de westzijde van de oprijlaan gelegen tuinmanswoning op rechthoekig dwarse plattegrond onder een met blauwe Friese golfpannen gedekt zadeldak waarlangs ornamentele daklijst, uit ca. 1900. De gevels zijn grijs gepleisterd en voorzien van een blokmotief. Voor(zuid-)gevel is in drie traveeën geleed. Centraal gelegen de ingangspartij, bestaande uit een deur met gedeeld bovenlicht, dat aan de bovenzijde en omgaand tot halverwege de zijkanten met een sierprofiel waarin in het midden een rocaille-achtige kuif is omlijst. Ter weerszijden twee vensters van recente datum, gevat in de oorspronkelijke kozijnen, die met een aan de ingangspartij identiek profiel worden omlijst. Aan de oostgevel op beganegrond-niveau een kozijn met blind venster omlijst met een aan de voorgevel identiek profiel. Op eerste-verdieping-niveau twee kleine vensters met diagonale roedenverdeling ter weerszijden van een iets groter rechthoekig blind veld.

Description
GARDENER'S DWELLING. One-storey gardener's dwelling located on the west side of the drive on rectangular transverse floor plan under a gabled roof covered with blue Frisian curved tiles with ornamental cornice running along it, from ca. 1900. The facades are painted grey plaster and provided with a block motif. Front (south) facade is divided into three bays. In the centre the entrance feature, consisting of a door with divided fanlight, which is framed at the top and extending halfway down the sides with a decorative profile in which in the middle a rocaille-like tuft is framed. On either side two windows of recent date, set in the original window frames, which are framed with a profile identical to the entrance feature. On the east facade at ground floor level a window frame with blind window framed with a profile identical to the front facade. At first floor level two small windows with diagonal glazing bars on either side of a slightly larger rectangular blind panel.
