TUINKOEPEL. Aan de ZO-hoek aan de oostelijke en zuidelijke grenssloot van de aanleg gelegen zeszijdige houten tuinkoepel uit ca. 1900 in neo-renaissance-stijl, met tentdak met bolle schilden en aan de zuidzijde van drie schuin tegen elkaar geplaatste kleinere schilden voorzien. De koepelkamer, die uitzicht biedt op de Amstel en het omringende land aan deze zijde is van een onderbouw voorzien waarin aan de west-, zuid- en oostzijde een blokmotief en waarvan de west- en zuidzijde naar onderen uitzwenkt. Centraal aan de noordzijde de ingangspartij, bestaande uit een enkele draaideur met enkel-ruitsvenster en bovenlicht met 8-ruitsvenster, aan weerszijden geflankeerd door gecanneleerde pijlers op vaasvormige consoles en met Korintische kapitelen, die een fries met trigliefen en een tympaan schragen. Links en rechts van de ingangspartij een enkel-ruitsvenster met bovenlicht met 6-ruitsindeling. Westgevel: een venster met 2-ruitsindeling met bovenlicht met 10-ruitsindeling. Zuidgevel: centraal gelegen een venster als aan westzijde, aan de ZW-zijde een enkel-ruitsvenster met bovenlicht met 6-ruitsindeling en aan ZO-zijde een aan de ZW-zijde identiek venster. GARDEN PAVILION. Located at the SE corner on the eastern and southern boundary ditch of the layout a six-sided wooden garden pavilion from ca. 1900 in neo-Renaissance style, with a tent roof with curved hips and provided on the south side with three smaller hips placed at an angle against each other. The pavilion chamber, which affords views of the Amstel and the surrounding land on this side, is provided with a lower structure in which a block motif is present on the west, south and east sides and of which the west and south sides swing outward downward. Centrally on the north side the entrance arrangement, consisting of a single sliding door with single-pane window and fanlight with 8-pane window, flanked on either side by fluted piers on urn-shaped consoles and with Corinthian capitals, which support a frieze with triglyphs and a tympanum. On the left and right of the entrance arrangement a single-pane window with fanlight with 6-pane glazing. West facade: a window with 2-pane glazing with fanlight with 10-pane glazing. South facade: centrally located a window as on the west side, on the SW side a single-pane window with fanlight with 6-pane glazing and on the SE side a window identical to that on the SW side. East facade: a window as on the west facade. The entrance to the pavilion is accessed via a staircase of six steps to a gallery with baluster-shaped balustrade, which extends around the north and east facades. The facades are provided all around with a cornice with cyma moulding.
