Omschrijving
Belangrijk PAND (XIVa) onder zadeldak, evenwijdig aan de straat. Oorspronkelijk Munt van Zutphen. De westelijke puntgevel (met schoorsteenkanaal) heeft aan de achterzijde nog de oorspronkelijke ezelsrugafdekking. Breedte: zes balkvakken, vroegste vorm van "langsverband" in sporenkap, vgl. Markt 101. Moerbalken, ondersteund door korbelen met sleutelstukken, welke versierd zijn met twee hangende kralen. In XVIIa vonden wijzigingen plaats: over een deel der benedenruimte werden insteken gemaakt, de gemetselde kruisvensters werden op een na door houten kozijnen vervangen, de hal kwam tot stand, waarin poortje en eveneens de spiltrap is uit deze tijd. Benedenramen XIX A, voordeur XVIII. Kelderoverwelving XVII. Aanbouw tegen de westgevel ca. 1500.

Description
Important BUILDING (first half of 14th century) under gabled roof, parallel to the street. Originally Mint of Zutphen. The western pointed gable (with chimney flue) has on the rear side still the original saddle-back coping. Width: six bay spans, earliest form of "lengthwise bond" in common rafter roof truss, compare Markt 101. Tie beams, supported by corbels with key pieces, which are decorated with two hanging beads. In the first half of 17th century alterations took place: over part of the ground floor insertions were made, the mortared cross windows were replaced by wooden frames except one, the hall was created, in which a small gate and also the spiral staircase is from this period. Ground floor windows first half of 19th century, front door 18th century. Cellar vault 17th century. Extension against the west facade circa 1500.
