Hoekpand (XVI ?) op, in Zutphen meermalen voorkomende driehoekige plattegrond op het punt, waar Oude Wand en Armenhage samenkomen. De smalle zijde heeft een afgeknotte puntgevel met top-sieranker. Gepleisterde gevels. In het dak dakkapel met fronton en hijsbalk. In de zijgevel aan het Armenhage muurankers.

Corner building (XVI?) on, in Zutphen occurring several times triangular ground plan at the point where Oude Wand and Armenhage meet. The narrow side has a truncated pointed gable with top ornamental anchor. Plastered facades. In the roof roof dormer with pediment and hoist beam. In the side facade on the Armenhage ornamental wall anchors.
