In 1874 naar ontwerp van architect P.J.H. Cuypers gebouwde, basilikale, driebeukige KERK onder met leien gedekt zadeldak.
De in neogotische stijl gebouwde kerk bezit een vijf traveeën lang middenschip; een transept; twee traveeën diep koor en een vijfzijdige koorsluiting. Naast de aangebouwde toren, de middenbeuk, de transeptarmen en het koor zijn zijbeukkapellen aangebracht. In de middenbeuk en het koor een houten tongewelf, in de zijbeuken en de kapellen een stenen kruisgewelf. De vensters van de lichtbeuk bevinden zich tussen de schippijlers. De zijbeuken kennen dwarskappen boven topgevels. Op de viering een open klokkentorentje met spits. In de koorvensters, de transeptvensters en de kleinere bijvensters zijn glas-in-lood ramen van F. Nicolas uit Roermond geplaatst.
Het neobarokke orgel dateert uit 1842 en is vervaardigd door F.C. Smits uit Reek; het orgelbalkon, met snijwerk uit de jaren 1847/1848, is afkomstig uit de R.K. Kerk van Oyen.
De uit 1874 daterende neogotische H.H. Ewalden-kerk is van architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde.

Description
CHURCH built in 1874 after designs by architect P.J.H. Cuypers, basilica-shaped, three-aisled, under a gabled roof covered with slate.
The church built in neo-gothic style has a nave five bays long; a transept; a choir two bays deep and a five-sided choir closure. Besides the attached tower, the central aisle, the transept arms and the choir, side-aisle chapels have been added. In the central aisle and choir a wooden barrel vault, in the side aisles and chapels a stone ribbed vault. The windows of the clerestory are located between the nave pillars. The side aisles have transverse arches above gabled walls. On the crossing an open bell-tower with spire. In the choir windows, the transept windows and the smaller subsidiary windows stained-glass windows by F. Nicolas from Roermond have been installed.
The neo-baroque organ dates from 1842 and was made by F.C. Smits from Reek; the organ gallery, with carved work from the years 1847/1848, comes from the R.C. Church of Oyen.
The neo-gothic H.H. Ewalden Church dating from 1874 is of architectural and cultural-historical value.
