Omschrijving
Winkel-woonhuis, in aanleg vermoedelijk daterend van omstreeks het midden van de 19e eeuw; winkelpui uit 1915.
Traditioneel vormgegeven (voormalig) winkel-woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, opgetrokken uit bruinrode baksteen en gedekt door twee met blauwe pannen gedekte schilddaken met hoekschoorstenen en zakgoot. In het dakschild aan voorzijde twee dakkapellen met bewerkte windveren, in dat aan achterzijde een dakkapel met houten wangen; geprofileerde gootlijst; goot op klosjes; staafankers.
De oorspronkelijk symmetrische voorgevel is in 1915 voorzien van een eenvoudige, maar verzorgd vormgegeven winkelpui, bestaande uit een hardstenen plint en een aan de bovenzijde onderverdeeld houten frame met deur en spiegelruiten aan weerszijden; het geheel is gevat in een uit geglazuurde baksteen opgemetselde omlijsting met in een der hardstenen koppen het jaartal 1915. Aan weerszijden hiervan liggen een respectievelijk twee lichtgetoogde achtruitsschuifvensters met 1 1/2-steens hanekammen. De vrijliggende linkerzijgevel heeft drie dito ramen met opgeklampte houten luiken. De achtergevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld door een opgeklampte deur met vierruits bovenlicht met aan weerszijden twee dito ramen met luiken.
In het interieur zijn onder meer van belang de restanten (i.c. de bovenrand) van een houten winkelbetimmering (schappenkast?), bestaande uit een verkropte kroonlijst met tandlijst en Ionische voluutkapiteeltjes; in de woonkamer rechts van de winkelruimte de diepe vensterbanken met opgeklampte binnenluiken, het stucplafond, de gestucte stookplaats en de paneeldeuren; in een der andere ruimten de bedsteden- annex kastenwand; de paneeldeuren elders in het huis. Alles uit de bouwtijd, respectievelijk het begin van de 20e eeuw.

Shop-dwelling, presumably dating from around the middle of the 19th century in its original construction; shop front from 1915.
Traditionally designed (former) shop-dwelling on rectangular plan, built of reddish-brown brick and covered by two hipped roofs tiled with blue tiles with corner chimneys and box gutter. In the front roof slope two roof dormers with worked wind vanes, in the rear one roof dormer with wooden cheeks; moulded drip moulding; gutter on blocks; ornamental wall anchors.
The originally symmetrical front facade was provided in 1915 with a simple yet carefully designed shop front, consisting of a hard stone plinth and a wooden frame subdivided at the top with door and mirror panes on either side; the whole is set in a frame built up in glazed brick with the year 1915 in one of the hard stone ends. On either side of this lie respectively two light-arched bottom-sliding sash windows with 1 1/2-brick cock-combs. The detached left side facade has three similar windows with attached wooden shutters. The rear facade is symmetrically arranged by an attached door with four-pane fanlight with two similar windows with shutters on either side.
In the interior, the following are of significance among others: the remains (i.e. the upper edge) of a wooden shop fitting (shelving cabinet?), consisting of a stepped cornice with toothed moulding and Ionic volute capitals; in the living room to the right of the shop space the deep window sills with attached internal shutters, the stucco ceiling, the stuccoed fireplace and panel doors; in one of the other rooms the bed-alcove and cupboard wall; the panel doors elsewhere in the house. All from the time of construction, respectively the beginning of the 20th century.
