Omschrijving
Voormalig vermoedelijk 17e-eeuws PAKHUIS in lichte kleur gepleisterd van drie bouwlagen onder een schilddak.
Binnen het beschermd stadsgezicht van Vlissingen gelegen 17e-eeuws pakhuis van drie bouwlagen onder met rode pannen gedekt schilddak. De ingang (enkele deur) bevindt zich links in de gevel, daarnaast rechts hoge dubbele deuren, waarachter glas is geplaatst; op de eerste verdieping in het midden een grote pakhuis-opening met deuren waarachter eveneens glas, en links en rechts twee dubbele vierkante vensters met luiken; op de tweede verdieping een hijsbalk en een pakhuis-opening met deuren (waarachter glas) in het midden van de gevel, en links en rechts twee dubbele vierkante vensters met luiken; alle deuren en luiken zijn opgeklampt; de roedenverdelingen van de vensters zijn niet historiserend; eenvoudige goot op klossen; staafankers en jaartalankers 1622. De achtergevel kent vensters met kleine roedenverdeling en een dakkapel op het dakschild.
Typologisch en architectuurhistorisch goed bewaard vermoedelijk 17e-eeuwse pakhuis, gelegen binnen het beschermde stadsgezicht van Vlissingen.

Former presumably 17th-century WAREHOUSE rendered in light colour of three storeys under a hipped roof.
Situated within the protected townscape of Vlissingen, a 17th-century warehouse of three storeys under a hipped roof covered with red tiles. The entrance (single door) is located left in the facade, next to it right large double doors, behind which glass has been placed; on the first storey in the middle a large warehouse opening with doors behind which glass is also placed, and left and right two double square windows with shutters; on the second storey a hoist beam and a warehouse opening with doors (behind which glass) in the middle of the facade, and left and right two double square windows with shutters; all doors and shutters are clamped; the glazing bar divisions of the windows are not historicizing; simple gutter on corbels; rod anchors and date anchors 1622. The rear facade has windows with small glazing bar division and a roof dormer on the roof slope.
Typologically and architecturally well-preserved presumably 17th-century warehouse, situated within the protected townscape of Vlissingen.
