TUINMANSHUIS. Eenvoudig pand onder afgewolfd rieten zadeldak en in de voorgevel vlechtingen. Schuifvensters met roedeverdeling, met luiken behangen. In de voorgevel een zolderluik, waaronder een vierkante natuursteen is ingemetseld met het opschrift: De eerste steen gelegd door C.W. van Dedem den 19 Augus 1835.

Description
GARDENER'S HOUSE. Simple building under a curved thatched gabled roof and wattle in the front facade. Sash windows with glazing bars, fitted with shutters. In the front facade an attic hatch, below which a square natural stone is set in with the inscription: The first stone laid by C.W. van Dedem on 19 August 1835.
