Fors PAND met aan de zijde van de St. Jacobstraat een zeer simpele gootlijst en een pakhuisluik boven de garagedeuren. De zijgevel van het diepe, van een fraai dak voorziene pand fungeert als afsluiting van het pleintje van de Vismarkt. Uit dien hoofde en vanwege de kap heeft het overigens zeer eenvoudige pand een functie in een situatie, die zowel aesthetisch als historisch belangrijk is.

Description
Substantial BUILDING with on the side of the St. Jacobstraat a very simple drip moulding and a warehouse hatch above the garage doors. The side gable of the deep building, provided with a fine roof, serves as the closing of the little square of the Vismarkt. For this reason and because of the roof the otherwise very simple building has a function in a situation that is both aesthetically and historically important.
