Omschrijving
Huis met gepleisterde gevel, 16e eeuws casco, in de 18e en 19e eeuw gewijzigd. Staat achter de rooilijn. In 1896 afgesplitst van Havenpark 8 en Havenpark 6a, waarmee het in oorsprong één complex samengesteld huis vormde. Havenpark 6 ligt direct achter Havenpark 8, Havenpark 6a betreft het bouwdeel ter rechterzijde van Havenpark 6, met separate ingang in de kopse gevel, voorzien van stoeptrap en stoephek XIX. Havenpark 6 heeft in het interieur 16e eeuwse onderdelen waaronder balklagen en eikenhouten kap met telmerken 3 t/m 7 (spanten 1 en 2 verwijderd bij afsplitsing van hoofdhuis in 1896), sporen van spiltrap en houten tussenwand op de verdieping. In het souterrain bouwsporen van voormalige verbinding met Havenpark 6a. House with rendered facade, 16th century casco, modified in the 18th and 19th centuries. Located behind the building line. In 1896 separated from Havenpark 8 and Havenpark 6a, with which it originally formed one complex attached house. Havenpark 6 is located directly behind Havenpark 8, Havenpark 6a concerns the building part on the right side of Havenpark 6, with separate entrance in the gabled end, provided with stoep steps and stoep fence XIX. Havenpark 6 has in the interior 16th century components including floor beams and oak roof truss with carpenters' marks 3 to 7 (rafters 1 and 2 removed when main house was separated in 1896), traces of newel stair and wooden partition wall on the upper storey. In the basement building traces of former connection with Havenpark 6a. Parts of 18th century style rooms on the principal floor and upper storey, including ceilings and fireplaces in Louis IV and Louis VI style. Attached to side facade 18th century staircase with stairs from the construction period. Also 19th century elements including fireplace on principal floor. Stoep steps and stoep fence XIX; restoration plan 2009 with proposal to remove these.
