TOEGANGSHEK MET HEKPIJLERS AAN OPRIT VAN HET KOETSHUIS C.A.. Eenvoudig smeedijzeren dubbel draaihek uit ca. 1900 van rechte regels en haakse stijlen met pijlpuntvormige bekroning. Aan weerszijden geflankeerd wordt het door bakstenen samengestelde pijlers met hardstenen geprofileerd basement en bekroond met een hardstenen pompoenvormige bekroning op hardstenen dekplaat. Aan de voor(west-)zijde pijlers een hardstenen plakette met het opschrift STERRE (links) en SCHANS (rechts). Het hek is aan de oostzijde van de Rijksstraatweg gelegen, loodrecht op het koetshuis c.a..

ENTRANCE GATE WITH GATE PIERS AT DRIVE OF THE COACH HOUSE C.A.. Simple wrought-iron double swing gate from circa 1900 of straight rails and right-angled stiles with arrowhead-shaped finials. On either side it is flanked by brick-composed piers with stone-worked profiled basement and crowned with a stone pumpkin-shaped finial on stone coping. On the front (west) side piers a stone plaque with the inscription STERRE (left) and SCHANS (right). The gate is situated on the east side of the Rijksstraatweg, perpendicular to the coach house c.a..
