Omschrijving
Hervormde Kerk en vrijstaande toren op ruim kerkhof toegankelijk door hek tussen hardstenen palen. Grote eenbeukige kruiskerk uit de veertiende eeuw, inwendig geheel overwelfd; tegen de westgevel een schoolgebouwtje onder een dakschild. Aan de noordoostzijde een forse klokkentoren gedekt door tentdak. In de kerk rijk gesneden preekstoel met klankbord en kapstokbord, 1646. Avondmaalstafel 1773. Twee blokken banken met zeventiende-eeuws timpaan. Orgelkas en rugwerkkas, alsmede enig pijpwerk dateren van 1651, gemaakt door Th. Faber. Elf wapenborden. Veertien zerken en hoofdsteentje. Klokkenstoel met gelui van drie klokken, waarvan een van G. van Wou, 1502, diameter: 148,2 centimeter, en twee moderne klokken. Mechanisch torenuurwerk Van Bergen, Midwolda, 1939.

Description
Reformed Church and detached tower on spacious churchyard accessible through gate between ashlar bollards. Large single-aisle cruciform church from the fourteenth century, internally completely vaulted; against the west gable a small school building under a roof. On the north-east side a substantial bell tower covered by a pyramid roof. In the church richly carved pulpit with sounding board and coat rack board, 1646. Communion table 1773. Two blocks of benches with seventeenth-century tympanum. Organ case and rückpositiv case, as well as some pipework date from 1651, made by Th. Faber. Eleven heraldic boards. Fourteen gravestones and grave marker. Bell frame with a carillon of three bells, one by G. van Wou, 1502, diameter: 148.2 centimetres, and two modern bells.
