Gedeeltelijk bakstenen huis met aan de voorzijde een ingezwenkte houten voorschot met fronton en zijmeanders, boven een bakstenen pui, die links voorzien is van een natuurstenen aanzetkrul. Houten achtergevel met versierde makelaars. Rechts een lagere zijvleugel met de ingang tussen gegroefde pilasters en composietkapitelen. Gesneden deur en rijk snijraam in Lodewijk XVI-stijl, waarboven drie wapenschilden geschilderd zijn en het opschrift: Van Ouds Het Noorder Huis.

Description
Partially brick house with on the front a recurved wooden fascia with pediment and side meanders, above a brick storefront, which is provided on the left with a natural stone setting curl. Wooden rear gable with decorated neck corbels. To the right a lower side wing with the entrance between fluted pilasters and composite capitals. Carved door and richly carved window in Louis XVI style, above which three coats of arms are painted and the inscription: Van Ouds Het Noorder Huis.
