Omschrijving
Twee bouwlagen tellend, onderkelderd PAND (XIX B), dat wordt gedekt door een met pannen belegd afgeknot schilddak, waaronderlangs een eenvoudig geprofileerde gootlijst. Getraliede keldervensters; zesruitsschuifvensters beganegronds; jongere openslaande vensters op de verdieping; jongere dakkapel en jongere deur; 1 1/2 steens strekken boven de vensters; staafankers aan zijgevel en gietijzeren rozetankers aan voorgevel. Aan achterzijde verbonden met nr 48 bouwlichaam, dat beganegronds twee zesruitsschuifvensters en een jongere deur; 1 1/2 steens strekken en staafankers; verdieping en kap zijn van jonger datum. Het geheel op ca. 50 cm. hoge gecementeerde plint en een geheel vormende met nr 50 "De Waag".

Description
Two-storey, cellared BUILDING (XIX B), which is covered by a hipped roof covered with tiles, below which runs a simply profiled drip moulding. Barred cellar windows; six-light sash windows on the ground floor; later casement windows on the upper storey; later dormer window and later door; 1 1/2 brick bond above the windows; rod anchors on the side gable and cast-iron ornamental anchors on the front facade.
