Eénbeukig, overwegend geelbakstenen (verschillende formaten), leiengedekt KERKGEBOUW met halfrond gesloten koor en ongelede zadeldaktoren. De 12de-eeuwse Romaanse toren is in de 13de eeuw verhoogd bij de bouw van de Romangotische kerk. De top van de toren is, mogelijk in de 18de eeuw, vernieuwd. Diepliggende rondboog- en spitsboogramen met roedeverdeling. Aan zuidzijde toegang onder spitsboog. Het schip wordt gedekt door een houten tongewelf, mogelijk van na een brand in 1524. Tot de inventaris behoren ondermeer een preekstoel uit 1633, een doophek en enkele kerkbanken met bollen op de hoeken respectievelijk wangen met koppen in vroege renaissancestijl (ca. 1560). Voorts enige zerken en een rouwbord. In de toren een klokkenstoel met klok van W. Wegewaert, 1603, diameter 81 cm.

Description
Single-aisle church building, predominantly yellow brick (various sizes), slate-covered, with semi-circular closed choir and unadorned gabled tower. The 12th-century Romanesque tower was heightened in the 13th century during the construction of the Romanesque-Gothic church. The top of the tower was, possibly in the 18th century, renewed. Deep-set round-arch and pointed-arch windows with glazing bars. On the south side entrance under pointed arch. The nave is covered by a wooden barrel vault, possibly dating from after a fire in 1524. The inventory includes amongst others a pulpit from 1633, a baptismal gate and some church benches with knobs at the corners and armrests with heads in early Renaissance style (circa 1560). Furthermore some gravestones and a mourning board. In the tower a bell chamber with bell by W. Wegewaert, 1603, diameter 81 cm.
