Tot de BOERDERIJENGROEP Hilleshagerweg 2 t/m 20 behorend, uit vermoedelijk 1661 daterend vakwerkhuis op min of meer rechthoekige plattegrond, met verdieping en onder met pannen gedekt omlopend zadeldak, dat aan de westzijde doorloopt over Hilleshagerweg 8 en aan de noordzijde over Hilleshagerweg 14. De gevels hebben een voet van Maaskeien, ten dele geheel overgepleisterd vakwerk, ten dele zwart stijl- en regelwerk met witgeschilderde en met leem gevulde vakken, kleine en grotere 6-ruits vensters op de begane grond en de verdieping en in de noord- en zuidgevel een deur. Inwendig een in mergel opgetrokken kelder met tongewelf en een schouw met mergel. Vanwege de constructie, de ouderdom en de samenhang met de boerderijengroep, waarvan de panden Hilleshagerweg 2, 8, 12, 14 en 20 reeds beschermd zijn, een fraai en representatief voorbeeld van 17e-eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Belonging to the FARMHOUSES GROUP Hilleshagerweg 2 through 20, a half-timbered house presumably dating from 1661 on a more or less rectangular ground plan, with storey and below a tile-covered continuous saddle roof, which continues on the west side over Hilleshagerweg 8 and on the north side over Hilleshagerweg 14. The facades have a base of Maaskei stones, partly entirely plastered half-timbering, partly black timber frame and rail work with whitewashed and lime-filled bays, small and larger 6-pane windows on the ground floor and first storey and in the north and south facade a door. Internally a cellar constructed in marl with barrel vault and a chimney with marl. On account of the construction, the age and the connection with the farmhouses group, of which the buildings Hilleshagerweg 2, 8, 12, 14 and 20 are already protected, a fine and representative example of 17th-century half-timbered construction and as such of importance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
