Omschrijving
Hervormde kerk en toren op kerkhof. Eenbeukig kerkgebouw, waarvan waarschijnlijk de zuidmuur van het schip nog twaalfde-eeuws kan zijn. Het koor vertoont kenmerken van de dertiende-eeuwse bouwtrant; kap belegd met romaanse pannen. Toren met aanbouwen achttiende-eeuws. De kerk bezit een offerblok uit 1692, talrijke zerken uit de zeventiende eeuw en jonger, waaronder de zerk voor O. Tamminga (1652). Klokkenstoel met klok van N. Sickmans, 1633, diameter 122 cm. Description
Reformed church and tower in churchyard. Single-aisle church building, of which probably the south wall of the nave can still be twelfth-century. The choir shows characteristics of thirteenth-century building tradition; roof covered with Romanesque tiles. Tower with annexes eighteenth-century. The church possesses an alms box from 1692, numerous gravestones from the seventeenth century and later, including the gravestone for O. Tamminga (1652). Bell frame with bell by N. Sickmans, 1633, diameter 122 cm. Mechanical wrought-iron tower clock T. Pijttersz., Leeuwarden, 1633.
