Pakhuis, aan drie zijden vrijgelegen; korte gevel aan de Voorstraat, zijgevels aan de Rozemarijnstraat en de Bovenkade. Onder zadeldak tussen topgevels met vlechtingen, in gele baksteen. Ingemetseld een gedenksteen; "Den eersten steen van dit gebouw is gelegd door Wilhelmina Schippers huisvrouw van Jan B. van Iserloo den 11 maart 1854".
