Omschrijving
BURCHT.
Omgrachte heuvel, waarop resten van funderingen en opgaand werk van een belangwekkende, cirkelvormige burcht, oudste delen circa 1100, ruïne geworden in het midden van de zestiende eeuw, ontgraven in 1934 en hersteld in 1958. Onderbouw van een zware donjon, omringd door funderingen van een ringmuur met resten van pijlers, waarop de bogen van de weergang gerust hebben. Overblijfsels van een zware poorttoren, een muurtoren en twee halfronde, kleine torens.

Description
CASTLE.
Moated mound, on which remain foundations and standing work of a significant, circular castle, oldest parts approximately 1100, become a ruin in the middle of the sixteenth century, excavated in 1934 and restored in 1958. Substructure of a heavy donjon, surrounded by foundations of a ring wall with remains of piers, on which the arches of the rampart walk rested. Remains of a heavy gate tower, a wall tower and two semi-circular, small towers.
