Omschrijving
Ned. Herv. KERK. Bakstenen gebouw, schip d.d. 1506 van zes traveeën met zandstenen hoekblokken in de beren. Houten tongewelf, waarboven nog het oude gewelf met zichtbare spanten en geprofileerde ribben behouden is. Op het dak van het schip stenen vorsten; van het verdwenen koor is de koorboog zichtbaar. Tegen de oostmuur aan een consistorie. ingestoken. Inwendig: preekstoel plm 1700 met latere vernieuwing. Herenbank XVIIIc. Orgel met Hoofdwerk, Bovenwerk en Pedaal, in 1882 gemaakt door de firma Oberlinger (Duitsland). Sinds 1977 hangen in de kerk vijf rouwborden, twee wapenborden en 23 losse wapentjes, alle uit de tweede helft van de 18de eeuw. Description
Dutch Reformed Church. Brick building, nave dated 1506 of six bays with sandstone corner blocks in the piers. Wooden barrel vault, above which the old vault with visible roof trusses and profiled ribs is still retained. On the roof of the nave stone finials; of the vanished choir the choir arch is visible. Against the east wall an attached vestry. Internally: pulpit circa 1700 with later renovation. Elders' bench 18th century. Organ with Great work, Positive work and Pedal, made in 1882 by the firm Oberlinger (Germany). Since 1977 five mourning boards, two coat-of-arms boards and 23 loose coats-of-arms hang in the church, all from the second half of the 18th century. This ensemble, rare for Zeeland, represents cultural-historical value on the basis of age and significance for church history.
