"de Brouwerij". Huis met zadeldak, ingang thans opzij in de langsgevel. Tuitgevel aan de straat. XVII. Top vernieuwd. Kelder rechts van de oorspronkelijke voordeur aan de straatkant met daarboven een opkamer met twee vensters. Gevel van gele baksteen met onderdelen in donkerrode baksteen. Aansluitend achter het huis een door een steunbeer geschraagde stenen schuur (waarin in het achterste gedeelte midden XX een woning is ingebroken).
