HOEVE 'Molenberg'; witgeverfd (voorgevel met zwarte plint) woonhuis (XIXa) zonder verdieping onder met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak; vijf 6-ruits schuiframen en deur met getoogd bovenlicht in voorgevel; houten serre onder met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt lessenaardak tegen noordgevel; dakkapel aan zuidzijde, staafankers. Losse Zeeuwse schuur onder met rode Hollandse pannen (en golfplaten) gedekt zadeldak en met gevels gedeeltelijk in schoon metselwerk en gedeeltelijk van gepotdekselde delen; in de geheel houten oostgevel een stel deeldeuren en zes houten luiken. Aan het begin van de oprijlaan (hek)pijlers met de naam 'Molenberg'.

FARMSTEAD 'Molenberg'; whitewashed (front facade with black plinth) dwelling house (19th century first half) without storey underneath covered with red Dutch tile hipped roof; five 6-pane sash windows and door with arched fanlight in front gable; wooden conservatory with red Dutch tile half-hipped roof covered against north gable; roof dormer on south side, rod anchors. Separate Zeeland barn covered with red Dutch tile (and corrugated sheeting) gabled roof and with gables partially in fair-faced masonry and partially of potsherd-covered parts; in the entirely wooden east gable a pair of double doors and six wooden shutters. At the beginning of the approach road gate pillars with the name 'Molenberg'.
