"Avervoorde". Restant van een vroegere havezathe of herenboerderij, 17e eeuw. Het waarschijnlijk omstreeks 1800 gehalveerde huis heeft een verdieping en een schilddak, aansluitend tegen een puntgevel. Vensters met schuiframen en onderluiken. Tegen het overgebleven deel van het huis is omstreeks 1800 een boerderij onder een rieten wolfdak gebouwd. Deze hoeve heeft vensters met luiken en zesruitsschuiframen.

Description
"Avervoorde". Remnant of a former havezathe or manor farmhouse, 17th century. The house, presumably halved around 1800, has an upper storey and a hipped roof, adjoining against a pointed gable. Windows with sash windows and lower shutters. Against the remaining part of the house, around 1800 a farmhouse under a thatched half-hipped roof was built. This farm has windows with shutters and six-pane sash windows.
