ARSENAAL. GEBOUW op onregelmatige plattegrond met hoofdgevel aan de Wijnbergse Kade. Aan die zijde vernieuwde topgevel met vlechtingen. Gootlijst rustende op houten consoles met gebeeldhouwde koppen. Vensters met houten kruiskozijnen, kleine roedenverdeling en diefijzers. Waterlijsten en figuren van rode baksteen in het gele metselwerk. De hoekgevel tussen Paardenstraat en Wijnbergse Kade bevat een XVIII poortomlijsting met een sluitsteen, welke het wapen van Zeeland vertoont. Aan de zijde van de Paardenstraat kelderlichten en dakkapellen. XVII.

ARSENAL. BUILDING on irregular plan with main facade at the Wijnbergse Kade. On that side renewed gable with herringbone brickwork. Drip moulding resting on wooden consoles with sculptured heads. Windows with wooden cross windows, small glazing bars and tie-bars. Drip mouldings and figures of red brick in the yellow brickwork. The corner facade between Paardenstraat and Wijnbergse Kade contains an 18th century gateway surround with a keystone, which displays the coat of arms of Zeeland. On the Paardenstraat side basement lights and roof dormers. 17th century.
