Z.g. Beeldenhuis. Voor modern pand geplaatste, van elders uit de stad hierheen overgebrachte fraaie gevel van natuursteen, vier traveeën breed, gedateerd 1730, ontworpen door J.P. van Baurscheit de Jonge. Op een gebosseerde onderbouw een Korintische orde, waarvan de middelste twee traveeen tezamen gevoegd zijn tot een dominerend middendeel van de façade, dat aan zijn voet een rijk balkon met smeedwerk heeft en dat bekroond wordt door een fronton. Ter weerszijden van de gevel driehoek een de zijtraveeen bekronende attiek, bestaande uit balustraden en hoekbeelden. Aan deze laatste en aan de Neptunusgroep, die het fronton bekroont, ontleent het gebouw zijn naam. Gebeeldhouwd ornament met vrouwenkoppen op de dekstukken van de middenvensters en op de sluitsteen van de benedenvensters. Stoep met smeedijzeren stoephek.

Description
So-called Beeldenhuis. Fine facade of natural stone placed in front of a modern building, brought here from elsewhere in the city, four bays wide, dated 1730, designed by J.P. van Baurscheit the Younger. On a rusticated substructure a Corinthian order, of which the middle two bays are joined together to form a dominating central section of the façade, which has a rich balcony with ironwork at its base and which is crowned by a pediment. On either side of the gable triangle an attic crowning the side bays, consisting of balusters and corner statues. From these latter and from the Neptune group, which crowns the pediment, the building derives its name. Sculptured ornament with female heads on the cover pieces of the central windows and on the keystone of the ground-floor windows. Steps with wrought-iron step railing.
